We only process the personal data that we need and only store it temporarily. If we pass it on to third parties, a processing agreement will be concluded with them in which they guarantee your privacy.

3.1.1 A sponsorship request form and a membership request
If you want to become a sponsor or member of Therapiedier, we ask you to complete a application form. The data entered by you (first and last name, street, house number, zip code, municipality, telephone number, e-mail address and possibly company name, business address, VAT number and information about your animal) is transferred to Teamleader, our secure accounting and CRM system. In addition, we also save a scanned version of the application form in Teamleader.
After your data and the scan of the application form have been entered into Teamleader, the paper application form will be destroyed with a paper shredder.
We keep the data in our accounting and CRM system for at least 10 years, among other things in order to comply with all our legal obligations. This data will be deleted by us within 1 year of the expiration of this obligation.
3.1.2 Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we save your first name and email address in Mailchimp to send you the newsletter. Mailchimp also collects statistics when you read our newsletter: your browser type, ID and the number of times you open the newsletter and / or click on a link. We use this information to improve the newsletter or to solve any problems.
Mailchimp protects your data and is part of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and therefore respects your privacy.

This is necessary to be able to communicate with you.
Every year we delete agreements that are more than 3 years old.
