Would you like to train a dog to provide sustainable daily support for you or a family member? Through co-training, we guide the person, family and dog towards a safe and achievable assistance-dog partnership.

What is an assistance dog?
An assistance dog supports one specific person. The partnership can strengthen independence, structure, social participation, wellbeing and a sense of safety. The pathway always starts from the person’s individual situation and the dog’s welfare, abilities and limitations.
For whom?
- people who want to train their own dog purposefully for daily life support;
- parents or family members who want to train a dog for someone within the family;
- human-dog teams seeking guidance for specific daily goals;
- families who want to know if their dog and situation are suitable for co-training.
Training together: co-training
In co-training, you learn how to guide and train the dog yourself. We do not completely take over the training: the lasting bond, daily practice, and cooperation within the family are central. The program is tailored to the individual, the dog, the living environment, and realistic support goals.
- intake and analysis of the support request;
- assessment of suitability, behavior and animal welfare;
- personal training and coaching plan;
- coaching of the individual and involved family members;
- practicing in one's own living environment and relevant situations;
- regular evaluation, adjustment, and well-being monitoring.
Non-standard path
Every human-animal combination is different. We carefully assess beforehand what is feasible, responsible, and desirable. Not every dog, request for help, or family situation is suitable. We provide honest advice on this and monitor the boundaries of both human and animal throughout the entire process.
