A dog in the office can support social interaction, exercise, and a pleasant work atmosphere. That only works when the dog, the employees, and visitors feel safe and comfortable.
Presence or professional intervention?
Not every office dog carries out animal-assisted interventions. Sometimes the dog is simply present in the workplace. When a trained human-animal team works purposefully around well-being, coaching, or other professional goals, we speak of active operation. Both forms each require clear agreements.
Is the workplace suitable?

Advice and policy
We help employers with feasibility analysis, risk analysis, office dog policy, employee training, implementation, and evaluation. The screening looks at behavior, body language, ability to rest, social skills, stimulus processing, and recovery.
An office dog is not a mascot or marketing tool. The dog's well-being remains a prerequisite for any sustainable operation.
